About Us

JMH IT Solutions, Inc., is an IT company based in Bicol region that provides software subscription, integration and other technical services. It is most known for its Rural Bankers’ Software Technology (RBSoftech) which is a core banking software that incorporates the entire spectrum of banking operations on one single software that allow real-time access from any location.

History & Conception

The establishment of the JMH IT Solutions relates to the development of the the RBSofTech System.
RBSofTech System was developed initially by the President of the Rural Bank of Guinobatan, Incorporated (RBGI) - Paulo R. Honrado, who took the initiative in building up the capability to develop an integrated real time core banking system that is tailored fit specifically for rural banks.
Before the RBSoftech System was used by the RBGI, the bank’s complex operations were manually monitored. The unavailability of a web-based system, that could provide all the necessary modules needed by banks and microfinances to oversee their overall operations, was a dilemma that had to be addressed.

RBGI hired a programmer to develop the bank’s loan monitoring system intended for their operations. The bank also considered in venturing in microfinance.

All the features of the existing software for accounting, savings and loans were adapted, integrated and linked in one real-time module. Other essential modules were developed.

JMH IT Solutions was established and registered with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

JMH IT Solutions has ten (10) financial institutions that subscribed to use the RBSofTech.

This year also marked the development of the Mobile Banking App for RBGI.

JMH IT Solutions has twenty-one (21) financial institutions that subscribed to use the RBSofTech.

The Asenso Mobile App was launched and dubbed as the first and only local mobile banking app in the Bicol Region.

The JMH IT Solutions partnered with MFI Polytechnic Institute and accepted interns to develop the Loan Origination Application for a microfinance institution.

It also developed an e-wallet mobile application for a cooperative and hired additional programmers from the MFI interns.

JMH IT Solutions was established and registered with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
